Terms & Conditions

1. Access to the Museum and Visitor Behavior

Access to the virtual museum is subject to compliance with these terms and conditions. By exploring this digital space, visitors agree to behave respectfully toward the exhibits, moderators, and other participants. Any disruption, inappropriate behavior (harassment, offensive language, spamming, etc.), failure to comply with the guidelines, or any attempt to damage virtual elements may result in immediate exclusion and, if necessary, reporting to the metaverse platform administrators.

Users under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult. Group visits, including school groups, must be supervised by a moderator or chaperone who ensures compliance with established rules.

The Virtual Museum may restrict access to certain areas due to special events, technical updates, or to ensure a better user experience. Any attempt at unauthorized access or misuse of features may result in sanctions, including temporary or permanent banning of access.

2. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

All works, exhibits, texts, images, videos, and other content in the museum and on its website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of this content without the prior written permission of the museum or its rights holders is strictly prohibited.

Photography is permitted for personal use only and in designated museum areas. The use of flash, tripods, or any professional equipment may be prohibited. Any photography for commercial or media purposes requires prior authorization. Failure to comply with these rules may result in prosecution.

3. Responsibility and Safety

The museum makes every effort to ensure the safety of its visitors and its collections, but cannot be held responsible for any incidents, injuries, thefts, or losses occurring within its premises. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings and must exercise caution.

The museum declines all responsibility for accidents caused by visitor negligence or failure to follow safety instructions. Some areas of the museum may have specific restrictions (fragile exhibits, limited access, interactive objects under supervision), and visitors must follow all staff instructions.

Parents and guardians are required to supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and that of the exhibits. Any damage caused by a visitor may be subject to a claim and a request for reimbursement.

4. Protection of Personal Data and Privacy

The museum attaches great importance to the protection of its visitors' personal data. All data collected via the website, ticket reservations, or newsletter subscriptions is carried out in compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR and national data protection laws).

The personal information collected is used exclusively for the management of museum services (ticketing, subscriptions, communications) and is neither sold nor shared with third parties without prior consent, except where legally required.

The museum's website may use cookies to enhance your user experience and analyze traffic statistics. Visitors can manage their cookie preferences through their browser. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Modifications and Acceptance of the Conditions

The museum reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time in order to adapt them to legislative, technical, or organizational developments. Visitors are encouraged to regularly consult this page for any updates.

Entry to the museum and use of its services implies full acceptance of these general conditions. In the event of a dispute, only the law in force in the country where the museum is located will apply.
